JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Head of HR to lead the organization's complete HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition,
HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, HRMS, compliance, and organizational development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational business goals.
Lead the complete HR function and manage the HR team across multiple departments/locations.
Drive manpower planning and end-to-end talent acquisition for clinical, non-clinical, corporate, and support functions.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, systems, and processes.
Manage HRMS including employee records, attendance, leave, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and HR analytics.
Oversee payroll, compensation, perks, incentives, and annual appraisal processes.
Establish effective KPI and performance management systems.
Drive employee engagement, retention, culture, and employee experience initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
