Role Description This is a full time, on-site Accountant role based in Gurugram. The Accountant will manage day-to-day accounting activities, including recording financial transactions, maintaining general ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The role involves preparing financial statements, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. The Accountant will handle accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments,



and monitor cash flow. Responsibilities also include ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, assisting with audits, generating reports for management, and collaborating with internal teams to address financial queries and improve financial procedures.
Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, general ledger management, and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar), Excel, and other financial tools.
• Understanding of local tax laws, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
• Excellent numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to analyze financial data.
