Role Description The Learning and Development Intern role is a remote internship focused on supporting the design, delivery, and evaluation of psychology-driven training programs.



Day-to-day tasks may include assisting in research for recent learning modules, developing and formatting training materials, and supporting the coordination of workshops, webinars, and learning initiatives. The intern may help in gathering and analyzing feedback, maintaining databases and documentation, and preparing reports or summaries on program effectiveness. This role will also involve collaborating with team members on content creation, digital communication, and learner engagement activities, while gaining exposure to evidence-based L&D; practices and psychological frameworks in organizational settings.
Qualifications

• Strong interest in Learning and Development, organizational psychology, or related fields, with foundational knowledge of training design and adult learning principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear, engaging training materials and documentation.
