What We’re Looking For
✅ Hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, tool/function calling and multi-agent systems
✅ Solid programming and software engineering experience, particularly in Python
✅ Experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions using one or more of the following:
• Amazon Bedrock / Amazon Bedrock AgentCore
• Microsoft Foundry / Foundry Agent Service / Azure OpenAI
• Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform / ADK / Google Cloud AI
• OpenAI APIs, Responses API and Agents SDK
• Anthropic Claude APIs,
tool use and Claude agentic workflows
✅ Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Strands Agents, Microsoft Agent Framework or similar agent frameworks
✅ Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SDKs, MCP, enterprise integrations, databases and knowledge platforms
✅ Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Run, GKE, AKS, ECS/EKS, serverless platforms, Git and CI/CD
✅ Understanding of AI security, Responsible AI, governance, evaluation, observability, authentication, authorization, RBAC and secrets management
✅ Experience taking enterprise AI solutions from discovery and architecture through development, production deployment, go-live and hypercare
✅ Strong customer-facing communication, architecture, troubleshooting and stakeholder-management skills
