Role Description The Collections Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing and improving the organization’s receivables. Day-to-day tasks include contacting customers regarding outstanding payments,



negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely cash collection in line with company policies. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions and payment commitments, updating systems with status changes, and coordinating with finance and customer service teams to resolve billing or account disputes. The Collections Specialist will also monitor overdue accounts, prepare collection reports, and support process improvements to reduce delinquencies and enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
