Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused Business Development & Account Manager to lead client acquisition and account growth across the assigned state. This role demands a strong GTM mindset, field sales confidence, and the ability to manage both new business and ongoing client relationships.You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to post-sales support — while ensuring client success and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
• New Business DevelopmentConduct door-to-door outreach to identify and acquire new retail and commercial clients
• Execute structured cold calling and cold email campaigns
• Build relationships with Marketing Heads and CXO-level decision makers
• Take ownership of the entire assigned state/territory
• Drive aggressive GTM initiatives to enter new markets
• Ongoing Project & Account SupportAct as a bridge between clients and internal operations teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Monitor campaign/project performance to meet and exceed client expectations
• Provide ongoing account support and identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities
• Handle post-sales coordination and relationship management
Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (Retail/Media preferred)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong experience in cold outreach and field sales
