Role Description The Site Supervisor role at AHAMASMI ARCHITECT is a full-time, on-site position based in the Bangalore Urban district. This role oversees day-to-day activities on construction sites, ensures work is carried out according to architectural drawings and specifications, and coordinates with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities include monitoring progress, maintaining site safety and quality standards, tracking materials and resources, and reporting site updates to the project architect or manager. The Site Supervisor also assists in resolving on-site issues,



verifying measurements and layouts, and ensuring timelines and budgets are respected. This position requires consistent on-site presence and proactive communication to keep projects running smoothly.

Qualifications
• Experience supervising construction sites for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, with the ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and local building codes and regulations applicable to Bangalore Urban district.
• Robust organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple contractors, schedules, and site activities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with architects, engineers, clients, and on-site teams.
