Role Description The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and converting prospects into active customers. This full-time, on-site role based in Indore involves overseeing a sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to achieve sales objectives. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, participate in client meetings and presentations,



and gather market feedback to inform strategy. Daily tasks include lead qualification, negotiation of contracts, relationship management with key accounts, and preparation of regular sales reports and forecasts for leadership. The role also requires active participation in local market activities, events, and partnerships to expand Condivio’s presence in the region.
Qualifications

• Experience in sales management, including team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
• Robust skills in business development and account management, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and communication, with the capability to clearly articulate product value to diverse stakeholders.
