Solutions Consultants at Razorpay are the linchpin of our enterprise sales team. You will be the technical and strategic partner to our sales team, bridging the gap between customer challenges and Razorpay's innovative payment solutions. This is not a traditional pre-sales role; it's a chance to be a change leader and a revenue catalyst. You'll be the voice of the customer to our product team, the expert in the room with our sales team, and the trusted advisor to some of the largest enterprises.
What You'll Do :
● Solve Big Problems: Work closely with our enterprise sales team to understand customer business goals, challenges, and technical pain points. You'll architect solutions that solve their most complex payment problems, leveraging our core products and custom capabilities. Hence in-depth understanding of all our products is required.
● Craft Strategic Narratives: Create and deliver compelling presentations, detailed solution documents, and business proposals. You'll translate complex technical concepts into clear,
executive-level narratives that demonstrate Razorpay's unique value proposition and quantify our business value.
● Drive Revenue: Act as a critical enabler for our enterprise sales pipeline. You'll lead technical discussions, build compelling solution demonstrations, and author detailed RFP responses for major deals. Your expertise and communication will directly influence our revenue attainment goals.
● Be an Industry Expert: Drive the strategic viewpoint of the organization towards specific vertical solutions. You'll use your deep industry knowledge to be a change leader for cutting-edge solutions that solve larger, systemic problems within a particular vertical.
