Role Description The Manager TeleSales is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for leading and optimizing the telesales function. This role includes managing and inspiring a telesales team to meet and exceed sales targets, designing daily calling plans,



and monitoring performance through reports and metrics. The Manager TeleSales will oversee lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions, while ensuring high-quality customer interactions aligned with Healthmug’s service standards. Daily responsibilities include coaching team members, conducting regular training sessions, handling escalated customer concerns, and coordinating with marketing, operations, and customer support to improve campaigns and processes. The role also involves analyzing sales performance data, preparing forecasts, and recommending strategies to enhance revenue, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
