Job Purpose:
The Cluster Project Officer is responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of all construction and development projects within a designated cluster under the Dharavi Redevelopment initiative. This role leads a team of site-level Project Managers and is accountable for both pre-construction and post-construction activities. The role plays a key part in translating strategic goals into operational execution, ensuring project alignment with NMDPL’s business objectives, compliance requirements, and social mission.

Lead all pre-construction activities, including feasibility studies, design approvals, and value engineering.
Align development planning with business, environmental, and community objectives, including land use optimization and stakeholder expectation
