Grest is one of India's leading full-stack recommerce brands, making premium renewed Apple devices more accessible through quality, technology and trust. With a growing D2C business and expanding offline retail presence, we're building a robust omnichannel brand in India's recommerce market.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead Grest's marketing function, drive brand growth and build a strong connection with consumers. This role requires someone who understands premium consumer brands, consumer psychology and the business of scaling a D2C brand.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Business Growth
• Own the overall marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Develop marketing plans, budgets, campaign calendars and growth roadmaps.
• Identify growth opportunities across customer segments, geographies and channels.
• Align marketing priorities with business performance, profitability and expansion goals.

2. Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Own Grest's brand positioning, value proposition, messaging and overall consumer perception.




• Build brand aspiration, trust and consideration in the premium renewed electronics category.
• Develop integrated campaigns that strengthen brand recall and differentiate Grest in the market.
• Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital platforms, the website and retail stores.

3. Consumer Psychology & Insights
• Develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, purchase motivations, aspirations and barriers.
• Translate consumer insights into effective positioning, messaging and campaign strategies.
• Understand what drives trust and purchase decisions when consumers consider premium, high-value products.
• Use customer feedback, market research and behavioural data to identify opportunities for growth.

4. Growth & Revenue Management
• Own marketing's contribution to revenue, customer acquisition and overall business growth.
• Identify opportunities to improve cust
