About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on marketer who can identify potential customers, run targeted outreach campaigns, and generate qualified leads for our services, product, and training programs.

Key Responsibilities• Research target companies and decision-makers across relevant industries in India and the US.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools.
• Plan and execute LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns.
• Write explicit, personalised outreach messages based on the prospect’s business needs.
• Manage follow-ups, engage interested prospects, and coordinate meetings with the sales team.




• Qualify leads based on business fit, requirements, and buying interest.
• Support lead generation through webinars, content campaigns, and other marketing activities.
• Maintain lead records and campaign activity in the CRM.
• Track replies, qualified leads, and meetings, and improve campaigns based on results.
• Work with the marketing and sales teams to refine targeting, messaging, and offers.

Who Can Apply• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, growth marketing, or outbound marketing.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, and a CRM.
• Strong written communication and research skills.
• Organised, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups.
• Experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology marketing is a plus.
