Role Description This full-time Site Engineer role is an on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues on site. The role also involves conducting inspections, maintaining site documentation,



and supporting structural engineering assessments as needed. The Site Engineer will contribute to planning, resource allocation, and timely completion of project milestones.

• Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision capabilities and experience working in field-based construction environments.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess quality control skills, including conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with standards and specifications.
