1. Design and develop architectural plans and projects for residential and commercial clients.
2. Develop architectural designs, working drawings, presentation drawings, concept design, detail design, and BOQs using AutoCAD, SketchUp and MS office.
3. Prepare interior designing plans and manage projects from concept to completion.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
5. Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP and other consultants.
6. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet project requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 0-4 years of experience in architecture industry.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field (B.Des).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office.
