• Master’s degree in architecture/integrated design/building performance or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 Years of working experience in sustainable building design such as energy modelling for Leed Certification, PRM, Part L, NABERS, Energy auditing, Zero Energy and Zero Carbon building design.
• Experience in interpreting Architectural, HVAC and other Construction-related drawings, HVAC Equipment specifications etc.
• Conversant with modelling software like Rhino, Revit, Sketchup, and Radiance.
• Good interpersonal and Communication skills.
• Willingness to learn recent tools and grow both professionally and personally with the team.
