About the roleYou will be the bridge between our brand clients and the creators who bring their stories to life. From scouting and onboarding the right influencers to negotiating terms, steering content, and reporting on outcomes, you will own the full campaign lifecycle across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

What you'll do• Identify, shortlist,



and proactively onboard creators for brand and performance campaigns across categories and languages.
• Match the right influencers to the right brands by reading audience data, content fit, and past performance, not just follower counts.
• Brief creators and guide product and brand integration so content feels native to their audience while landing the client's message.
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines with creators and talent managers; close commercial and strategic agreements.
• Manage delivery end to end: content approvals, timelines, revisions, and expectation-setting with both creators and internal teams.
• Build long-term creator relationships and a bench of reliable partners across categories, rather than one-off transactions.
• Track and analyze campaign performance (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, CAC where applicable) against client goals.
