Role Overview
We are hiring Consultant – Member Services (Contact Center) professionals to handle customer queries and provide excellent service to members through inbound and/or outbound calls.
Job Details
• Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 6 Months–5 years
• Work Schedule: Fixed Sunday off + one rotational weekday off
• Interview Timing: 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Mandatory Skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Experience in inbound and/or outbound customer service
• Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview on the scheduled date
• Candidates must carry an updated resume
