Wayver is an Intellectual Property (IP) and Corporate law firm based in Recent Delhi, co-founded by attorneys with prior experience at leading Indian law firms, including AZB & Partners, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan (LKS), Rahul Chaudhry & Partners, and Samvad Partners.

Our IP practice advises Indian and international businesses on trademark protection, prosecution, enforcement, and portfolio management. We handle end-to-end trademark matters, including clearance searches, filing strategy, trademark applications, examination responses, hearings, oppositions, evidence proceedings, renewals, and infringement matters. We also assist businesses with trademark monitoring, cease-and-desist notices, pre-litigation enforcement, and the ongoing management of domestic and international trademark portfolios. Our IP practice is supported by structured docketing, deadline tracking, and portfolio management systems to ensure that applications and proceedings are monitored and managed efficiently.

About the Role





Wayver is looking for a detail-oriented and organised graduate to join our team as a Trademark Paralegal at our office in Delhi.

This is an administrative and operations-focused role involving trademark documentation, application processing, records management, deadline tracking, correspondence, and coordination with clients and external service providers.

The candidate will support our lawyers in managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, including matters relating to trademark applications, examination reports, oppositions, hearings, renewals, and WIPO/Madrid Protocol procedures.

The role requires excellent written English, strong organisational skills, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to follow established processes carefully. Prior knowledge of trademark law or intellectual property is not required.
