Role Description The PPC Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing production. The PPC Manager will collaborate with teams to align campaigns with company objectives. The role also involves continuous testing, reporting,



and refinement in processes to maximize ROI and support overall growth for Achal Jewels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule production based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Procurement, Diamond, Gemstone, and Polki teams to ensure timely order delivery.
• Manage capacity planning, manpower, and material availability.
• Monitor production progress, quality, KPIs, and delivery timelines.
• Optimize resource utilization, resolve bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
• Prepare production MIS reports and dashboards.
• Requirements: Strong Excel and analytical skills, production and inventory management experience, and excellent coordination and team management abilities.
