Role: Program Assistant, Data Science, Economics & Business (DSEB)
We are looking for an organized, proactive professional to join the Data Science, Economics & Business (DSEB), an interdisciplinary program that brings together data science, economics, and business, with a focus on research, pedagogy, and engagement with industry and policy.
As a central operational and strategic partner to the Program Chair, you will help turn a bold academic vision into a well-run, visible, and cooperative program.

Job Description
• Programme Operations and Logistics
• Manage day-to-day programme operations and logistics, working closely with and under the guidance of the Program Chair

• Course, Events and Student Support




• Coordinate outreach to faculty and guest speakers for the DSEB course, including invitations, scheduling, follow-ups and visit arrangements
• Manage logistics for course trips, including travel, transport, accommodation, permissions and coordination with students and hosts
• Support the hiring of TFs by coordinating applications, interviews, documentation and onboarding with the faculty and HR teams
• Provide programme support for LEO seminars and the annual event, covering schedules, speaker coordination, venue arrangements, communications and on-the-day execution
• Serve as a point of contact for student queries about the course, resolving routine matters and directing academic questions to the relevant faculty member
• Liaise with University departments on procurement, payments, data requests and other administrative requirements; maintain accurate records and track requests through completion
