We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to turn leads into revenue ?

At 3D Karigar, we help interior designers, architects, builders and homeowners bring their creative visions to life through high-quality, affordable 3D interior visualisation.

We’re expanding our sales operations and looking for a proactive, result-oriented Sales Executive who can take ownership of our sales pipeline and help us grow our business across India.

? Role: Sales Executive

Your responsibilities:
• Connect with incoming leads generated through Meta Ads and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and convert prospects into paying clients.
• Follow up consistently through calls and WhatsApp.
• Manage leads, quotations and the sales pipeline.
• Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects and builders.
• Work towards monthly revenue targets and improve conversion rates.

? Who are we looking for?




• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in handling sales calls and closing deals.
• A target-oriented mindset with a solid sense of ownership.
• Ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
• Experience in sales, telecalling or lead conversion is preferred.

? Compensation
Fixed salary: ₹40,000/month + performance-based incentives.
