Role Description The Associate will support the firm’s litigation and advisory work by conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, contracts, opinions, and other legal documents, and assisting with case strategy and preparation. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing case files, analyzing statutes and case law, preparing briefs and submissions, and coordinating with senior lawyers on client matters. The Associate will attend client meetings,



assist in court appearances and hearings as required, and help manage timelines and documentation for ongoing cases and transactions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with colleagues and active participation in the firm’s legal, strategic, and client service initiatives.
