GTM Engineer | ColdSystems.ioFull-Time | Remote

About ColdSystems:
ColdSystems.io is a B2B growth and outbound company helping businesses build predictable pipeline through modern GTM systems. We're looking for a GTM Engineer who can manage multiple clients, build and execute outbound plays end-to-end, and continuously improve campaign performance.
This is not an entry-level or VA role. You must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and be ready to take ownership of your work.

What You'll Do:
• Build, launch, and optimize outbound GTM plays across multiple clients
• Research ICPs, identify target accounts, and build prospect lists
• Manage data enrichment, personalization, and outbound campaign setup
• Write and optimize cold email copy, messaging, and sequences
• Build automations and connect GTM tools, CRMs, and workflows
• Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve results
• Develop your own GTM strategies and execute independently

You don't need to know every tool, but you must have hands-on experience with several and be able to learn new systems quickly.

We Want You To Apply If You Have:
• 2+ years of experience in GTM, outbound, RevOps, growth operations, or a related field
• Hands-on experience building and running outbound campaigns, with APIs
• Solid cold email copywriting and personalization skills
• Understanding of prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, automation, and CRM workflows
• Strong written English and attention to detail
• Resourceful, proactive, and comfortable solving problems independently
• Able to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Dedicated to learning, improving, and growing with the company long-term
