We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive – AR to manage collections, payment reconciliations, cash application, and accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel and ERP skills, good communication abilities, and experience handling multiple payment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile daily collections from online payment gateways such as PayU, Cashfree, and Ingenico.
• Download and consolidate settlement reports, transaction reports, and bank credit reconciliation statements.
• Investigate failed transactions and payment discrepancies, coordinating with internal Tech/Ops teams and payment gateway providers for resolution.
• Record accurate journal entries for online receipts, bank charges, and other collection-related transactions in the ERP/accounting system.
• Track and record customer cheque receipts, including post-dated and advance cheques.
• Manage cheque deposits, monitor clearance status, and ensure timely follow-ups.




• Monitor cash and cheque collections from field locations through Cash Management Services (CMS) partners.
• Reconcile daily CMS collection reports with bank statements and ensure accurate cash application.
• Validate and process gift vouchers, discount vouchers, and customer refunds.
• Support month-end closing activities and ensure timely and accurate closure of books.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or General Accounting.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, accounting principles, and bank reconciliation.
• Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Background

• 1–2 years of preliminary experience in a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm, followed by 1–2 years of corporate experience.
