We are looking for a Business Development Trainee who wants to build practical experience in B2B sales and learn how a manufacturing business develops new customers.

At HYC, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers, visit manufacturing companies, identify new business opportunities and understand how precision manufacturing and CNC machining support different industries.

Job Description:
• Identify companies that may require our CNC machining and precision manufacturing capabilities
• Reach out to potential customers through phone, email and other channels
• Meet customers and visit manufacturing facilities
• Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities
• Follow up with prospects and develop relationships
• Learn the fundamentals of CNC machining and precision manufacturing
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline




• Work towards defined sales and business development targets

Job Requirements:
