Job Overview

We are looking for proficient Bengali Bilingual Experts to contribute to a language evaluation and AI training project. The ideal candidate will have native-level Bengali proficiency, robust English communication skills, and the ability to evaluate spoken language accurately. This role involves assessing Bengali audio content to help improve the quality and naturalness of AI-generated language.

No prior experience in AI is required.
Key Responsibilities

* Listen to Bengali audio clips and evaluate the speaker’s fluency, naturalness, and linguistic accuracy.
* Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, and overall language authenticity.
* Provide clear and concise written feedback in English.
* Document detailed justifications for evaluations based on established guidelines.
* Identify linguistic nuances and inconsistencies in spoken Bengali.
* Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify evaluation guidelines and requirements.




* Complete assigned audio evaluation tasks accurately and within deadlines.
Required Qualifications

* Native-level proficiency in Bengali, including spoken and written communication.
* Minimum B2-level proficiency in English.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Ability to communicate observations and feedback clearly in English.
* Good listening and language evaluation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications

* Background in Bengali language studies, linguistics, phonetics, or related fields.
* Experience in transcription, audio evaluation, translation, or linguistic assessment.
* Experience in teaching, media, communications, or voice-related fields.
* Familiarity with regional Bengali accents, pronunciation patterns, and linguistic variations.
