Job Overview
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive – Event Management who will be responsible for managing client relationships and coordinating the successful execution of events from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage client communication and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate event deliverables.
• Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and event teams.
• Manage vendors, fabricators, venues, artists, and other event partners.
• Coordinate and monitor on-ground event execution.
• Handle event schedules, logistics, branding, and production requirements.




• Prepare client presentations, status updates, and post-event reports.
• Resolve last-minute event issues and ensure smooth execution.
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in client servicing, event management, or event production.
• Experience in an event management/advertising agency is preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Solid coordination, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and work on-ground during events.
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
