About the Role
We are seeking a energetic and results-oriented Hardware Development Engineer to design, develop, and validate hardware systems for edge computing and embedded applications. The role involves working across hardware design, prototyping, testing, debugging, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and support hardware development for embedded or edge AI platforms.
• Work on schematic review, PCB validation, component selection, and system bring-up.
• Perform thermal analysis, thermal design, and thermal management for embedded and edge AI systems, including heat dissipation, component temperatures, airflow, heatsink/fan selection, and enclosure-level thermal considerations. Collaborate with firmware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Perform debugging,



testing, and validation across hardware prototypes and production units, including thermal testing under sustained and peak workloads.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth hardware, thermal, and system-level integration.
• Support hardware issue analysis, root-cause investigation, and corrective actions.
• Evaluate system performance under different ambient temperatures, workloads, and operating conditions to ensure reliability and stability.
• Document design changes, test results, and validation findings clearly.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hardware development, embedded systems, or electronics engineering.
• Good understanding of digital hardware, interfaces, and system-level troubleshooting.
