AI is changing what children can do. At Gradis, we want them to grow more capable alongside it.
We're building a learning space where children aged 8 to 13 turn their interests into projects of their own. They use AI to build, experiment and explore, while practising how to make decisions, solve problems and explain their ideas. Small-group live sessions help them think through what they're making and take it further.
We're looking for someone to work directly with the founder and help build both the learning experience and the business around it.
The role
You'll be involved across Gradis, with a meaningful part of your work spent supporting and facilitating live sessions with children. You'll help them develop their ideas, work through challenges and feel proud of what they create.
Beyond sessions, you'll work on the things that help Gradis grow: building relationships with parents, improving the experience for families, shaping content and outreach, and turning what we learn into better product decisions.
This is a broad, hands-on role. You'll have work you own, room to bring your ideas, and a direct view of how an early-stage company is built.
Who we're looking for
Someone who enjoys working with children, communicates clearly and follows through. You should be curious, organised and comfortable taking initiative, including when the next step hasn't been laid out for you. Your spoken and written English should be excellent.
This role is for fresh graduates and people in their first year or two of work. Experience in education, psychology, teaching or tutoring would be helpful, but we're open to different backgrounds. What matters is how you connect with people, think through problems and get things moving.
You don't need to code or have prior AI experience. You do need an interest in learning and using new tools.
