Role Description The Sales Development Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities through inside sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and outreach via email and social channels.



The Sales Development Representative will generate and nurture leads, schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, and maintain accurate records in CRM tools. Daily responsibilities include understanding client needs, presenting relevant services, collaborating with business development and marketing teams, and meeting or exceeding pipeline and performance targets. The role also includes regular follow-ups with prospective clients and contributing feedback to improve messaging and sales processes.
