Role Description
The Junior Business Development Associate (Fresher) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru with a starting salary of 20,000. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential leads through online research, calls, and networking activities, and maintaining accurate records of prospects in internal systems. The associate supports market research initiatives to understand customer needs, competitor offerings,



and emerging trends in industry-based learning. Daily tasks include preparing and delivering basic presentations about Teknowgrade’s solutions, coordinating with internal teams to schedule demos or counseling sessions, and following up with prospective learners or partners to move them through the sales funnel. The role also requires clear and professional communication with stakeholders and consistent reporting on activity, pipeline status, and progress toward targets.
