Role Description The Telesales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and supervising a telesales team to drive business development outcomes for clients. This role involves planning daily call activities, setting sales targets, monitoring performance,



and providing coaching and guidance to team members. The Telesales Manager will oversee inbound and outbound calls, ensure high-quality customer interactions, and coordinate follow-ups to convert leads and maintain client satisfaction. The role includes preparing sales reports, analyzing call data, refining scripts and processes, and collaborating with other teams to align telesales efforts with overall business strategies. The Telesales Manager will also contribute to training materials, support onboarding of new telesales staff, and maintain compliance with company policies and client requirements.
