? Position Details
• Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-Site)
• Salary: ₹3.6 – ₹4.8 LPA (Based on Experience)
• Employment: Full-Time | Permanent
• Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
• Counsel candidates on international education, internship, and work abroad programs.
• Manage candidate inquiries, follow-ups, and enrollment processes.
• Utilize CRM systems, AI tools, and digital platforms for effective lead management.
• Collaborate on student recruitment, outreach, and lead generation activities.
• Build strong candidate relationships and achieve enrollment targets.

What We're Looking For
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Interest in international education and global career opportunities.
• Ability to manage leads, follow-ups, and candidate relationships effectively.

Prior counseling or student recruitment experience is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
