About XLR8 AI
XLR8 AI helps brands win visibility on AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini. As search shifts from traditional SEO to AI-generated answers, we're building the analytics and optimization layer for the next generation of marketing.
We were featured in a16z's Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) report and are growing 200% month-over-month. Our customers range from brands with hundreds of millions in ARR to early-stage startups. We're backed by top operators and investors in AI, marketing tech, and SaaS.
The Role
We're hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to own our Python API, Postgres data layer, and async job and LLM pipelines.
You'll own large parts of our backend: a Python service that runs brand-visibility experiments across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and xAI, then generates and scores content from the results. Experiments are one part of a platform that takes brands from measurement to action:
- Experiments and analytics: run visibility and sentiment experiments across many LLMs at once and track how results change over time
- Reporting: bring Search Console, Google Analytics, and first-touch survey data into one view
- Content: generate, optimize, and publish content built for AI search, straight to Webflow and WordPress
- Outreach: turn the sources AI models cite into listicle outreach campaigns
- Intelligence: AI-generated insights, prioritized action items, and social listening signals
