About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Senior IT Business Development Executive with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT business development and international B2B sales.
The candidate must have hands-on experience in acquiring international clients, managing the complete sales cycle, converting qualified leads into paying customers, and achieving revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should have experience selling IT services and solutions such as custom software development, ERP, CRM, HRMS, web and mobile applications, AI and automation, cloud solutions, SaaS, and digital transformation services.

Key Responsibilities• Identify and generate recent business opportunities across international markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with international clients and key decision-makers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, referrals, networking, online platforms,



and other business development channels.
• Own the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure and client onboarding.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to develop suitable IT solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial offers, presentations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Negotiate pricing, project scope, commercial terms, and contracts with prospective clients.
• Convert qualified international leads into successful sales and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Research international markets, competitors, industry trends, and potential target segments.
• Attend international business meetings, conferences, exhibitions, webinars, and networking events when required.
• Work closely with technical, project management, finance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client handover.
