Job SummaryWe are looking for a thoughtful and driven Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) Business Systems Analyst to support procurement and finance transformation initiatives across the full source-to-pay lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in procurement intake management and orchestration, along with excellent Business Analyst (BA) experience across procurement and sourcing modules. The role involves improving processes across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, invoicing, and payments while collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities• Support end-to-end S2P transformation across sourcing, procurement, invoicing, and payments.
• Manage procurement intake and orchestration processes,



ensuring effective workflow management and stakeholder coordination.
• Gather business requirements, conduct process analysis, document business requirements, and support future-state process design.
• Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and technology implementation.
• Analyze spend, invoice, and payment data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Finance, FP&A;, Treasury, and technology teams.
• Support system implementation, functional testing, UAT, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, audit readiness, and effective change management.
• Work with business users, engineers, system integrators, and vendors to resolve issues and deliver project milestones.

Mandatory Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
