About Echnotek. Echno Technologies (Echnotek) is a Bengaluru-based AI consulting and implementation company working with mid-market and large enterprises across India, Europe and the USA. We deploy private AI and re-engineer business processes, using AI agents for conversation, documents, data, marketing intelligence and voice. Our buyers are CIOs, COOs and business heads who need AI that is secure and actually works.
You'll work directly with the founders, and what you build will be visible from day one.

What you'll do
• Run social and brand campaigns. Plan campaign calendars, brief creatives, and keep the brand voice consistent across LinkedIn, the website and other channels.
• Own LinkedIn. Plan, write and publish for the Echnotek company page. Grow followers,

reach and engagement among enterprise decision-makers.
• Build founder brands. Ghostwrite and edit LinkedIn posts and articles for the founders, turning their expertise into thought leadership.
• Test the products, then market them. Use our AI agents hands-on, understand who buys each one and why, and turn that into positioning, messaging and campaign ideas. Flag what should change in a product before we market it.
• Create content. Write posts, carousels, short videos, case studies, product pages and one-pagers in plain language a CIO will trust.
• Measure and learn. Track what works using LinkedIn analytics and Google Analytics, report results every month, and drop what doesn't work.
• Support demand generation. Work with sales on LinkedIn outreach, small paid experiments on LinkedIn or Meta, and lead-capture pages.

Who we're looking for
• A marketing thinker. You can explain who a product is for, what problem it solves and why someo
