ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer, E-commerce who brings strong craft, conceptual thinking, and hands-on execution. This is a mid-senior role for someone who understands how design impacts brand perception, communication clarity, and conversion across digital and e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with the Design Lead, Growth, and Marketing teams to execute the visual direction of the brand across e-commerce marketplaces, the website, paid ads, packaging, social media, lifecycle channels, and other customer touchpoints. Beyond execution, we are looking for someone who takes ownership of output quality and brings intention to every deliverable.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
• Create clear,



conversion-focused visual assets across e-commerce marketplaces, product pages, website sections, paid ads, email campaigns, social media, packaging, and brand collateral.
• Develop and adapt packaging designs, label layouts, and production-ready artwork as required.
• Create brand collateral and ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all digital and offline touchpoints.
• Prepare final design files and maintain organised design systems, source files, and version control.
• Contribute to campaign ideation and collaborate with the Design Lead on creative direction.
• Use AI tools where relevant to improve creative speed, scalability, and output quality.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 3-6 years of skilled experience in graphic design, preferably in-house, agency, D2C, e-commerce, wellness, beauty, personal care, FMCG, or a related category.
