Role Description The Team Lead at Hoora is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and team performance. This role includes supervising service teams,



coordinating scheduling, and ensuring that doorstep services and customer interactions meet defined quality standards. The Team Lead monitors operational metrics, resolves escalations, and implements process improvements to maintain efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves training and coaching team members, supporting their development, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety guidelines. Collaboration with management, partners, and other internal stakeholders is expected to align local operations with Hoora’s nationwide service and brand standards.
