Role Description This is a full-time,



on-site Clinical Psychologist role based in Gurugram. The Clinical Psychologist will conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups across a range of mental health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, collaborating with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members, and participating in case discussions and care planning. The role also involves delivering psychoeducation to patients and families, supporting rehabilitation and recovery-oriented interventions, and contributing to mental health awareness and quality improvement initiatives within the organization.
