Role OverviewAs a Client Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, nurturing relationships, and facilitating the next steps in their journey with AAQAR.
This role is ideal for candidates with an International BPO background who have excellent spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and experience handling customer conversations with confidence and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities• Client Engagement: Communicate with prospective and existing clients through inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a skilled and engaging experience.
• Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements, assess their interest in interior design services, and identify potential business opportunities.
• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate consultations and showroom visits for qualified prospects with the relevant sales and design teams.
• Relationship Building: Establish rapport with clients, conduct timely follow-ups, and maintain consistent communication throughout their journey.
• Premium Client Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects AAQAR's luxury positioning and high standards of service.
• Lead and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, follow-ups, and appointments.
