Role Description This is a full time, on-site Program Manager - Founder office role based in South Delhi. The Program Manager will oversee end-to-end execution of infrastructure and operational programs,



coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Daily responsibilities include planning and tracking project timelines, managing stakeholder communication, monitoring performance metrics, and resolving operational issues across multiple kitchen locations. The role also involves identifying process improvements, standardizing workflows, and implementing best practices to support scalable growth for partner brands. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with operations, compliance, facilities, and partner success teams to maintain high service quality and operational efficiency.
