About the team and role:

Own and scale PharmEasy’s Affinity Partnerships business, by building bundled health &




wellness offerings with BFSI (insurers, NBFCs, banks, MFI) and consumer brands.
This role focuses on high-touch partnership development and farming, driving recurring
revenue through embedded benefits, subscriptions, and bundled offerings.
Top Outcomes (first 6 months)
● Launch new BFSI / affinity partnerships
● Drive recurring revenue (MRR) through bundled offerings
● Build and grow top affinity accounts with high wallet share
● Achieve robust renewals and account expansion
● Establish scalable affinity GTM and farming playbooks

What You’ll Do (KRAs)
● Build and execute GTM for affinity partnerships (BFSI + non-BFSI)
● Identify and close partnerships with:
- Insurers, NBFCs, banks
- Consumer brands, marketplaces, loyalty platforms
● Design bundled offerings (OPD, wellness, subscriptions)
● Structure commercial models (bundles, revenue share, subscription)
● Drive end-to-end deal lif
