SENIOR ASSOCIATE | DISPUTE RESOLUTION & LITIGATION

At Rishabh Gandhi and Advocates (RGAA), we are looking for a capable, ambitious and committed litigation lawyer who is ready to take meaningful responsibility and grow with our Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice.

We invite applications for the position of Senior Associate (4–7 years PQE) at our Pune office.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a lawyer who enjoys the intellectual challenge of litigation, takes pride in precise and persuasive drafting, understands courtroom strategy and is capable of independently managing contentious matters.
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to:
• Independently handle civil and commercial litigation, arbitration proceedings and other contentious matters.
• Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal opinions and arbitration documents.
• Develop case strategies, prepare matters for hearings and appear before courts and tribunals.
• Manage client communications, brief counsel and coordinate proceedings.




• Supervise junior associates, review their work and ensure quality and timely execution.
• Work closely with the firm's leadership and progressively assume greater responsibility in the practice.

Who should apply?

We are particularly interested in advocates with 4–7 years of post-qualification experience who possess:
• Substantial hands-on experience in civil and commercial litigation.
• Excellent drafting, legal research and analytical skills.
• Robust knowledge of procedural law and courtroom practice.
• The ability to independently manage matters and exercise sound professional judgment.
• Strong communication skills, initiative, reliability and attention to detail.
• An interest in arbitration, complex disputes and long-term professional growth.

Prior experience in arbitration will be an advantage.
