Role Description The Recruiter at Admivo will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for various roles across the organization. This full time position is based in Indore in a hybrid model,



combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, drafting job descriptions, managing job postings, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline. The Recruiter will also support employer branding efforts, ensure a positive candidate experience, and use data to improve recruitment strategies and timelines. Regular reporting on hiring progress and adherence to fair, non-discriminatory recruitment practices are key aspects of this role.
