What You'll Do
Social & Content:
Help plan and schedule Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts posts.
Write fun, witty, and on-brand captions and hashtags.
Assist during shoots prepping products, styling, and capturing behind-the-scenes moments.
Spot trending sounds, Reels, and memes, and suggest ways to adapt them for our brand.




Keep our community buzzing by monitoring comments & DMs.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure posts go live on time.
Share quick insights on what's working (and what's not).

Influencer & Creator Marketing:
Scout and identify relevant influencers across Instagram and other platforms.
Help shortlist creators based on brand fit, content quality, and audience relevance.
Reach out to influencers via DMs, email, and other channels.
Support coordination of gifting, campaign briefs, timelines, and content delivery.
Track influencer responses, collaborations, and content status using trackers.
Maintain and update the influencer database and outreach sheets.
Help ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Support senior team members in campaign execution, reporting, and analysis.
