Role Overview
We are looking for a Training & Operations Intern to support smooth coordination between the Training team, Audit/Quality team, and Hiring & Onboarding teams. The intern will act as a central point of coordination,



ensuring that information, schedules, updates, and action items move efficiently across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Trainer Coordination
● Coordinate with trainers on training schedules, batches, attendance, and requirements.
● Maintain trackers for training plans, sessions, trainer allocation, and completion status.
● Follow up with trainers on pending tasks, assessments, and training-related deliverables.
● Ensure timely communication of changes, updates, and requirements to relevant stakeholders.

2. Audit/Quality Team Coordination
● Coordinate with the Audit team to track teacher/session audits and their status.
● Maintain audit trackers and ensure pending audits are followed up.
● Share relevant teacher/training information with the Audit team for Assessme
