Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Energy Storage Engineer role based in Nashik. The Energy Storage Engineer will design, develop, and optimize battery systems, including cell selection, pack design, and performance validation. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting technical analysis, supporting materials and component evaluation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to prototype development and testing.



The role involves monitoring battery performance, improving reliability and safety, troubleshooting issues, and implementing design improvements in line with industry standards. The Energy Storage Engineer will also participate in documentation, test report preparation, and continuous research on emerging battery technologies to support product innovation.
Qualifications

• Solid foundation in Batteries and Energy Storage technologies, including Li-ion chemistries, battery pack design, and performance optimization.
• Background in Electrical Engineering with experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS), power electronics interfaces, and safety standards.
• Experience in Research and Development (R&D;), including experimental design, data analysis, and validation of new energy storage solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Energy
