About The Role
Learners Point is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non Tech) who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline across business functions.
The role involves working closely with hiring managers, managing multiple sourcing channels, driving campus hiring initiatives, and ensuring timely closures for open positions.

Key Responsibility
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to offer rollout and closure.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, job portals and other sourcing channels.
• Drive campus hiring and placement activities, including coordination with colleges and participation in placement drives.
• Manage bulk and volume hiring requirements as and when required.




• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements, experience, skills and communication.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and follow-ups.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, pipeline status and closures.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives as required.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong understanding of 360° recruitment and candidate lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.
• Strong candidate engagement, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
